Portuguese pizza

• The famous Gaudino pizza made with aged, slowly fermented dough, stuffed edge, covered with ham, peas, eggs and tomato sauce.

• Baked and frozen pizza

• To consume, simply heat directly in the oven.

Heating mode:

In a preheated oven at 250°C, place the frozen pizza and leave for 9 minutes.

Then, just remove and serve!

Ingredients: wheat flour, organic yeast, extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, peas and boiled egg.
