"S" Chicken Kebab

Chicken marinated with spices of Arabic origin in the Health and Flavor healthy version, where the heat of the red pepper is softened by the yogurt of the original seasoning. Roasted in a combination oven to preserve the moisture of the protein and smoked to enhance the delicious aroma of the dish.

It is served over a bed of sautéed peas and onions.
