Green Smoothie

• A completely detox drink, it is excellent for nourishing, hydrating, replenishing energy and cleansing the body. Spinach provides proteins, iron and is very rich in fiber, making it a great ally in the weight loss process. Chia is one of the richest sources of omega 3, promoting cardiovascular health and reducing bad cholesterol levels in the body. Combined with pineapple and ginger, it is a diuretic and refreshing drink.

Method of preparation:

1. Insert the frozen ingredients into the blender.
2. Add 300 ml of water*.
3. Blend in a blender until homogenized.

*You can measure the 300ml using the smoothie packaging: there is a marking (risk) inside the packaging, just fill with water up to the marking.

Ingredients: pineapple, spinach, ginger and chia.
