Carrot Cake with Chocolate Ganache

In this exclusive Saúde e Sabor recipe, the dough is fluffier and moister, and melts in your mouth, because it is baked in a combined oven, with an extra chocolate ganache topping that makes us lick our fingers!

Each cake contains 100g of pure carrots! It also contains a blend of wholemeal flour and brown sugar that helps normalize blood sugar levels, making the cake even more nutritious and functional! A delight that is very good!

• Light and airy dough
• Based on carrots, a blend of wholemeal flour and sunflower oil
• Covered with dark chocolate cream
